Meet Heather
Welcome, I’m Heather Matthews, a Registered Psychologist. I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor’s degree in Honours Psychology from the University of Saskatchewan. I enjoy supporting individuals through their unique experiences of healing, growth, and change.

Over the years, I have worked with children, youth, and adults across a range of settings, supporting individuals and families with concerns such as grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting challenges, and life transitions. My approach is client-centred and attachment-based, with therapy tailored to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.
